Clinical Adoption Specialist III – Outpatient Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement S&P’s InTegrity framework.

• Execute programs that promote the adoption of innovative technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with intended business results.

• Assist in the adoption of new or updated EHR and related systems.

• Identify organizational change management elements to mitigate the impact of changes.

• Utilize the stop-start-continue methodology to improve the adoption of new roles and workflows stemming from the Oracle Health Millennium implementation.

• Contribute to program events and deliverables in a supportive capacity.

• Employ solution expertise to engage and advise Oracle Health and our clients to guarantee successful implementations.

• Oversee and finalize the creation of testing scenarios that align with workflows and designs approved by clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience with Oracle Health (Cerner), particularly in inpatient pharmacy build, design, integration, and workflows.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is essential (or 12+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).

• Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a government clearance of at least a public trust level.

• Ability to tailor communication regarding complex technical issues for various proficiency levels, positively influencing mutually beneficial decisions, and fostering successful working relationships.

• A strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism, with an ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment and adjust methods to effectively lead change while performing well under pressure.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities while fulfilling customer service commitments and project deadlines.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
