This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the effective delivery, execution, and utilization of the Flywire solution for partner institutions.
• Ensure product adoption, client satisfaction, and the maximization of partnership value.
• Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) to enhance client engagement continuously.
• Communicate proficiently with client stakeholders.
• Assist in client training and onboarding initiatives.
• Develop and maintain materials to engage clients and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
• Over 2 years of experience in client or customer success and/or support.
• CEFR minimum level of C1 in both French and English, with fluency in French being highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Experience in sales/account management within the Higher Education Industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
