This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the effective transition from sales to customer success or growth teams.
• Facilitate in-depth demonstrations and lead customer orientation sessions.
• Evaluate and confirm sales projections.
• Validate or modify customer segmentation and ensure appropriate assignment to Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Frequently assess customer advancement throughout the adoption journey.
• Guarantee a seamless transfer of accounts to the CSM.
• Work closely with CSMs to synchronize on customer objectives.
• Record customer health, usage patterns, and feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in customer onboarding, adoption management, or customer success within a SaaS or technology setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively leading customer demos and orientation sessions.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and follow-up.
• Capacity to collaborate across functions with sales, customer success, and CPMs to ensure smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
• Analytical aptitude, capable of reviewing data, validating forecasts, and monitoring essential adoption metrics.
