Adoption Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting the Project Manager throughout customer implementation projects.

• Lead the discovery and intake of customer requirements during implementations.

• Enhance user engagement through remote and onsite presentations, as well as product demonstrations.

• Configure, test, and validate solutions, which includes translating requirements, documenting processes, conducting end-to-end testing, and providing UAT support.

• Facilitate end-user training and train-the-trainer programs, including the development of customized training strategies and materials.

• Offer go-live support via remote sessions and onsite floor-walking with immediate user assistance.

• Document final configurations and implementation results to aid in the transition to post-implementation support teams.

• Represent the voice of the customer by identifying enhancement opportunities and acting as a liaison between users and Solventum during the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Health Management/Economics, Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or completed training in Nursing or a related healthcare field, with a strong inclination towards health IT, or equivalent qualifications through experience.

• Experience in the healthcare or healthcare IT sector.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record workflows and documentation processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
