This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate incoming PA requests independently, define the necessary changes, and implement them directly in collaboration with client contacts.
• Handle a substantial number of concurrent PA opportunities, demonstrating strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Execute configuration modifications across the Genesys Cloud system, which may include lightweight custom IP development or integration tasks as needed.
• Provide high-quality and efficient implementations while adhering to best practices and security/compliance standards set by Genesys Cloud, TTEC, and clients.
• Actively communicate updates, risks, and completion status to internal coordinators, stakeholders, and clients.
• Collaborate with Platform Adoption Coordinators and team members as necessary to balance workload and address complex issues.
• Clearly document all changes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing resources.
• Stay updated with Genesys Cloud releases, features, and capabilities to suggest optimization opportunities during PA engagements.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in production with the Genesys Cloud platform.
• GCP certification (Genesys Cloud Platform / Professional level or equivalent).
• Proven ability to independently scope and implement complex configuration changes.
• Established track record of managing multiple concurrent MACD or similar operational requests with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical expertise in Genesys Cloud's core functionalities (routing, telephony, workforce management, integrations, reporting, etc.).
• Comprehensive and detailed understanding of the Genesys Cloud platform architecture and administration.
• Exceptional skills in independence and self-management, able to function effectively with minimal coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for updating stakeholders and documentation purposes.
• Collaborative approach—open to working with coordinators and team members to handle workload surges.
• Familiarity with tools, APIs, and advanced integrations within the Genesys Cloud partner ecosystem.
• Experience in a high-velocity, ticket- or opportunity-driven work environment.
