This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, acting as the main point of contact for all contract-specific or client-related matters.
• Provide daily sourcing guidance to your designated sourcing team.
• Evaluate, screen, present, and manage the onboarding process for all qualified candidates, preparing them for employment or assignments within your portfolio of contracts.
• Engage in extensive outbound calls to candidates and clients.
• Timely present candidate submissions and collaborate with clients to accelerate interviews and offers, aiming to surpass departmental performance objectives.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and Director of Recruiting to create and implement strategic staffing plans that align with division and company objectives.
• Foster strong professional relationships with client contacts to comprehend their specific needs and manage their expectations effectively.
• Consult with clients and company officials to assess the quality of services rendered and address any complaints.
• Generate regular recruiting reports that detail outcomes for your portfolio of contracts.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Recruitment Manager through weekly one-on-ones, team meetings, and emails.
• Prepare client-facing submittal notes.
• Attend weekly pending meetings, as well as team and company meetings.
• Participate in kickoff calls and be ready to ask pertinent questions regarding the role.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System effectively as a relationship management technology tool.
• Document candidate call notes, emails, and status updates within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Engage in team activities.
• Assist with onboarding and reviewing contracts with candidates as needed.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout and after contract assignments.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures for the recruiting process.
• Complete mandatory organizational compliance education, including client-specified requirements for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare staffing/recruiting, preferably in federal or state government staffing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively recruit Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, and other licensed healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of federal and state staffing compliance regulations.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Capable of organizing, preparing for, and conducting face-to-face meetings at clients' worksites.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in recruiting analytics, with the ability to apply them to meet business needs.
• Comfortable with negotiations and articulating the value of Government Medical Services.
• Able to swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and generate new ideas to enhance departmental services.
