This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and sustain the health of the Center of Excellence (CoE) network, continuously tracking essential performance and quality metrics.
• Create and generate regular and on-demand reports and dashboards regarding network status for large employer clients and internal stakeholders, including executive and leadership teams, utilizing Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Perform access and network adequacy assessments to analyze coverage, identify gaps, and measure utilization across CoE partners.
• Manage the entire reporting process from start to finish, which includes data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution.
• Collaborate with account management, clinical, and data teams to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of reports.
• Detect trends, risks, and performance concerns within the network and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Assist in client-facing meetings and business reviews by providing clear and concise visual summaries of network performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for regular reporting cycles.
• Proactively incorporate AI into daily tasks.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics.
• Proven expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis, preferably in healthcare, health plans, or employer benefits.
• Strong data visualization capabilities with practical experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or similar tools like Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Experience using Databricks and advanced Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage end-to-end reporting workflows and establish standards and methodologies for others to follow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for executive audiences.
• A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
• Comfort in creating executive-ready summaries and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Previous experience as a subject matter expert or informally mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
• Expected to actively utilize AI in the everyday role.
