Senior Provider Data Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee audits of provider information and escalate any issues for resolution when necessary

• Address and resolve reimbursement issues with third-party contractors within the relevant systems

• Automate and manually input all newly updated or revised participating provider data transactions

• Foster positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Deliver outstanding customer service

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience related to providers

• Prior experience in a production environment

• Experience in Provider Data Maintenance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Over 1 year of experience with QuickBase

• Knowledge of SCM and/or EPDB

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Capability to manage multiple assignments

• Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting

• Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
