Senior Provider Contract Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic and pain management physician groups to secure network participation agreements.

• Leverage proprietary company information and external systems to identify potential physician candidates.

• Negotiate competitive provider rates within the workers' compensation sector.

• Arrange and conduct meetings with C-Level executives to discuss the benefits of forming partnerships.

• Regularly update proprietary programs, recording all efforts on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with management to onboard and train new associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience in recruiting and contracting with physician groups and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) facilities.

• Outstanding communication and telephone skills are essential, along with a high degree of patience, understanding, and diplomacy.

• Must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in computer and internet skills, with a strong familiarity with Microsoft applications.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Knowledge of workers' compensation is beneficial.

• Familiarity with the medical industry is a plus.
