This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete presales process by managing client interactions.
• Organize proposals and ensure alignment among internal teams.
• Assist in positioning Dev.Pro’s solutions to address client requirements.
• Conduct initial client calls, qualify sales inquiries, clarify any missing information, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Document outcomes from client calls, including objectives, limitations, value drivers, assumptions, risks, and dependencies affecting proposals and pricing.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Proposal Leads, Business Analysts (BAs), and technical experts as necessary, while keeping Sales and stakeholders informed about blockers, service level agreements (SLAs), and decisions.
• Prioritize presales requests according to urgency, lead level, and deadlines, ensuring materials are complete and compliant.
• Conduct preliminary lead research and analysis (including industry, product, competitors, and technology stack) and draft “Dev.Pro match” materials.
• Create presales materials, such as 3C and 2B decks.
• Establish win strategies, value propositions, and a clear “why us” narrative by converting client pain points into Dev.Pro strengths and aligning them with the Sales strategy.
• Manage the proposal structure (response outline, RFP mapping) and confirm consistency across SMEs.
• Ensure timely outputs for presales, uphold proposal standards, and either create or delegate narratives and executive summaries.
• Support negotiation strategies by aligning proposal messaging and value positioning with Sales and Delivery stakeholders.
• Facilitate presales meetings by preparing agendas, talking points, responsibilities, and expected outcomes in collaboration with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Guarantee that proposals align with client expectations, providing clear, structured follow-ups that summarize decisions, questions, next steps, and responsible parties.
• Set and communicate expectations regarding updates, response times, and milestones.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in presales or proposal management within software services.
• Comprehensive ownership of the proposal lifecycle, from qualification to submission.
• Proficient in discovery processes, refining ambiguous inputs, and aligning subsequent steps with sales, delivery, and clients.
• Capability to convert client needs and challenges into a clear proposal strategy and persuasive value messaging.
• Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional teams around a cohesive proposal narrative.
• Ability to structure proposal content, ensuring consistency and quality even under strict deadlines.
• Excellent research skills in industry trends, client context, competition, and solution assumptions.
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and effective collaboration with technical experts.
• Proficient in written and verbal English, with experience in presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Proven ownership, accountability, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced presales environments.
• Experience in delivering software products or projects in roles such as Project Manager (PM), Product Manager (PdM), or Business Analyst (BA).
