Senior Lead, Proposal Management, Writing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive bid management processes, which include kickoff meetings, timeline development, resource coordination, proposal crafting, and submission.

• Create clear, engaging, and innovative content for RFPs, RFIs, permitting procedures, and other public procurement requests, often under tight deadlines.

• Formulate and enhance core themes, narratives, and messaging to ensure proposals stand out and connect with local stakeholders.

• Examine and assess solicitation/document packages from municipalities to pinpoint priorities, evaluation criteria, eligibility, and scoring systems.

• Collaborate with local operations and policy teams to gather insights and devise competitive strategies.

• Sustain and enhance established best practices, toolkits, and content libraries in partnership with the proposal team.

• Travel to key markets as necessary to strategize and prepare for upcoming projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in content writing and project/bid management.

• Experience in interpreting and analyzing regulations, bid documents, and/or municipal planning documents within the French market.

• Proficient written French skills with a strong enthusiasm for language and storytelling.

• Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a process-driven approach.

• Strong collaborator across functions, equipped with effective interpersonal and influencing abilities.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure, with a proven record of adjusting to changing priorities while delivering flawless work.

• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in public or private sector procurement is advantageous.

• Fluent in English and possess native-level proficiency in French.
