Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily functions of several short-term rental properties.

• Handle calendars, reservations, and interactions with guests.

• Organize cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers.

• Ensure a 5-star guest experience with quick response times.

• Track occupancy rates and pricing trends.

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and booking flow.

• Keep property listings attractive, optimized, and competitive.

• Utilize PMS and automation tools to enhance task efficiency.

• Monitor property performance and key operational metrics.

• Ensure that deadlines, turnovers, and service standards are consistently met.

• Maintain property standards and ensure readiness for guests.

• Assist in compliance with short-term rental regulations.

• Promote best practices throughout the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing short-term rentals, Airbnb, or vacation rentals.

• Strong operational and organizational abilities.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple properties.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Preference for experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools).

• Preferred knowledge of STR regulations and market trends.

• A detail-oriented, performance-driven mindset is preferred.
