Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily management of various short-term rental properties

• Handle calendars, bookings, and communication with guests

• Organize cleaning services, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt responses

• Analyze occupancy rates and pricing trends

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and booking efficiency

• Maintain property listings to be polished, optimized, and competitive

• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to improve task efficiency

• Monitor property performance and key operational metrics

• Keep properties to high standards and ready for guests

• Ensure adherence to short-term rental regulations

• Promote best practices throughout the property portfolio

• Previous experience in short-term rental, Airbnb, or vacation rental management

• Strong skills in operations and organization

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple properties

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools)

• Understanding of short-term rental regulations and market dynamics
