Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily functions of various short-term rental properties

• Manage calendars, reservations, and communication with guests

• Coordinate cleaning services, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences with prompt response times

• Analyze occupancy rates and pricing trends

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and improve booking flow

• Maintain polished, optimized, and competitive property listings

• Utilize PMS and automation tools to enhance task efficiency

• Monitor property performance and operational metrics

• Uphold property standards and ensure readiness for guests

• Support adherence to short-term rental regulations

• Maintain best practices throughout the portfolio

• Proven experience in short-term rental, Airbnb, or vacation rental management

• Strong operational and organizational abilities

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple properties

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools)

• Understanding of STR regulations and market trends

• A performance-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail
