Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of various short-term rental properties

• Handle calendars, bookings, and communication with guests

• Organize cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt response times

• Analyze occupancy rates and pricing trends

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and booking efficiency

• Keep property listings well-maintained, optimized, and competitive

• Utilize PMS and automation tools to enhance task efficiency

• Monitor property performance and relevant operational metrics

• Ensure that deadlines, turnovers, and service standards are consistently achieved

• Maintain high property standards and ensure readiness for guests

• Assist in adhering to short-term rental regulations

• Promote best practices throughout the property portfolio

• Proven experience in managing short-term rentals, Airbnb, or vacation rentals

• Strong organizational and operational capabilities

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple properties

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Preferred: Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools)

• Understanding of short-term rental regulations and market dynamics

• A performance-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
