Senior Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for multiple short-term rental properties

• Manage bookings, calendars, and guest interactions with a high level of professionalism

• Coordinate cleaning services, maintenance, and property turnovers efficiently

• Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction and maintain strong review scores

• Develop and enhance dynamic pricing strategies

• Keep track of market trends and competitor behaviors

• Optimize property listings to maximize both occupancy and revenue

• Identify areas for improving operational efficiency

• Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to enhance workflow

• Automate communication with guests and operational tasks

• Keep accurate and current property and booking information

• Ensure adherence to relevant short-term rental regulations

• Apply industry best practices to reduce risk and enhance efficiency

• Maintain uniformity and quality across all properties
