This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create, prototype, and refine intricate system prompts, few-shot examples, and chain-of-thought frameworks for consumer AI applications, which include Resume Adaptation, Personalization, and Real-time Feedback.
• Collaborate with LLM/Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to convert product requirements into technical prompt specifications, optimizing for latency and API expenses.
• Design evaluation frameworks - automated, heuristic, and human-in-the-loop - to benchmark, test, and guide LLM outputs against issues such as hallucination, bias, and tone drift.
• Establish standardized prompt frameworks, version-control processes, and operational playbooks to enable distributed product teams to utilize AI safely and effectively.
• Keep abreast of the evolving GenAI landscape - open-source models, new architectures, and prompting techniques - to continually enhance product performance and model throughput.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in language technologies, computational linguistics, or software product development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering LLM-backed features to production for consumer applications, covering the complete prompt development lifecycle and automated evaluation (eval) prompts.
• Expertise in advanced prompt engineering methodologies: few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct, and prompt chaining.
• Strong familiarity with LLM evaluation tools and frameworks, including RAGAS, LangSmith, TruLens, or custom heuristic testing.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate prompt deployment pipelines in a dynamic, continuous integration setting.
