This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Taking on and being responsible for the technical planning and management of projects in the energy sector.

• Conceptualizing and analyzing solutions for the decarbonization of energy systems.

• Ensuring the feasibility of implementing concepts.

• Either undertaking planning services personally or managing service providers.

• Monitoring resources within the framework of project responsibility.

• Actively managing stakeholders and communicating recommendations for action.

• Developing comprehensive solution concepts in collaboration with clients.

• Contributing to the establishment of a new location in the Stuttgart area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for transformation topics in the energy and industrial sectors.

• A successfully completed technical degree, preferably with a focus on energy and environmental engineering or industrial engineering.

• Several years of professional experience in a responsible role within a technical consulting firm, an engineering office, or at an energy supplier or energy infrastructure company.

• Solid knowledge in the conceptualization, partial planning, and ideally the implementation of projects in heat supply, decarbonization, and transformation of energy supply systems.

• Your expertise is complemented by knowledge of currently relevant laws/regulations and corresponding funding opportunities.

• A good understanding of the energy industry, combined with a strong sense for markets and numbers.

• High analytical competence that enables you to find innovative solutions, paired with creativity.

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• A high level of social competence, resilience, and quick comprehension.

• Willingness to be on-site with our clients – as proximity is crucial for real change.

• Confident communication at all levels, entrepreneurial thinking, and a vision for the bigger picture.
