Senior Project Manager – WebMethods, Upgrade Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive technology projects emphasizing WebMethods.

• Direct upgrade initiatives including version updates, migrations, and modernization efforts.

• Strategize, implement, and track schedules, scopes, risks, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and external vendors.

• Ensure compliance with project management best practices (Agile/Waterfall).

• Administer project budgets and financial resources.

• Monitor technical dependencies, compatibility, and migration strategies.

• Utilize tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in the IT sector.

• More than 8 years in project management roles.

• Practical experience with Software AG WebMethods: Integration Server, Broker, My WebMethods Server (MWS), Universal Messaging.

• Proven track record in WebMethods upgrade and migration projects.

• Familiarity with upgrade pathways, compatibility, and best practices for migration.

• Proficient in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).

• Background in managing project financials.

• Capability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in managing vendors and suppliers.
