Senior Project Manager, Water Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of environmental health and industrial hygiene initiatives, with a particular emphasis on water quality services, including communication with potential and existing clients.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, facilitate proposal creation, manage project budgets, and produce final reports along with recommendations.

• Supervise staff, foster team development, coordinate workloads, and offer daily guidance and leadership.

• Conduct on-site risk evaluations, plumbing system assessments, environmental sampling, inspections, and oversee remediation and monitoring activities.

• Provide consultation regarding water management plans and industry standards related to water quality, industrial hygiene, and environmental health projects.

• Travel frequently to job sites across various regions of the country.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of robust technical and industry expertise.

• Proven experience in successfully managing projects of varying scales within service line areas.

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role with responsibilities for staff oversight, workload coordination, and employee development.

• Preferred experience with investigations related to waterborne pathogens cases/outbreaks and collaboration with public health departments or other authorities.

• Preferred familiarity with water treatment and remediation technologies.

• Preferred experience in diverse environments, such as Healthcare and Hospitality.

• Preferred background in customer service and business development.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety, Biological or Physical Science, or a related field.
