Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently manage intricate technical project and program management tasks within pharmaceutical distribution technology initiatives.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, financial oversight, stakeholder expectations, and reporting.

• Create comprehensive program plans, milestone timelines, risk registers, and governance processes.

• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams.

• Address obstacles and sustain program progression.

• Implement structured escalation processes to manage program risks and issues effectively.

• Facilitate informed decision-making through appropriate stakeholder engagement.

• Generate executive-level program status reports, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings.

• Enhance project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards.

• Mentor junior project managers on planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field is required.

• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or an equivalent credential is preferred.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Strong background in budget management, team leadership, and project oversight.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
