Senior Project Manager, Sustainability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Management of sustainability projects

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

• Overseeing multiple projects at various stages of development.

• Assisting the business development team in securing new clients and opportunities.

• Negotiating agreements and holding all stakeholders accountable to their contracts.

• Providing consulting services on green building certifications (LEED, WELL), decarbonization, and sustainability for major real estate clients.

• Coordinating the efforts of large project teams.

• Developing, implementing, and sustaining project management processes.

• Assisting in negotiations between landlords and tenants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, energy efficiency, design, or project management in construction.

• Knowledge of the technical aspects required for sustainable design and LEED and WELL certification.

• A degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or a related field.

• Preferred qualifications include LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience.

• Experience with embodied carbon and sustainable material specifications is a plus.

• Familiarity with GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, Net Zero, and Zero Waste initiatives is advantageous.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical capabilities and financial understanding.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin and English.
