Senior Project Manager – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage substantial and intricate projects or numerous simultaneous engagements.

• Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Delivery and onboard team members effectively.

• Create and present kickoff meetings with partners and senior-level clients.

• Guide and support clients through Change Control processes and scope management.

• Proactively identify risks and tackle issues to prevent escalation.

• Provide mentorship to Associate and Project Managers.

• Engage in pre-sales activities to showcase project management expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Professional Services.

• Over 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow CSA Certification is required.

• ServiceNow CIS–HR Certification is mandatory.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD Professional Suite.

• Possession of an Industry Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
