Senior Project Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire delivery governance process from the kickoff to the go/no-go gate and subsequent handoff.

• Oversee a 2-week sprint cadence, including ceremonies (planning, review, retro, daily), and ensure a consistent delivery rhythm throughout all phases.

• Manage the RAID log, milestone tracker, and risk register; proactively identify and escalate any blockers.

• Act as the main coordination link between the Software Mind delivery team and the client stakeholders.

• Monitor and enforce scope boundaries; initiate the change management process if the timeline, cost, or risk is affected.

• Prepare go/no-go decision support materials, including pilot accuracy reports.

• Ensure that integration assumptions are verified and documented prior to the commencement of implementation phases.

• Align team resource allocation and efforts with the changing complexity and delivery risks throughout the engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum of 90% proficiency (at least B2 level) and exceptional communication skills.

• Over 6 years of experience in project or delivery management within software engineering engagements.

• Possession of a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and practical experience in facilitating Scrum/Kanban.

• Proven track record in managing outcome-based engagements with milestone-driven acceptance criteria.

• Strong experience in client-facing delivery, with the confidence to manage relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Experience in overseeing projects that involve data governance, compliance, or regulated data components.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, as daily interactions with clients are a fundamental aspect of this role.
