Senior Project Manager – SAP HR, HCM – Implantaciones, Rollouts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Management of SAP projects

• Global planning, monitoring, and control of SAP HR/HCM projects

• Oversight of scope, timelines, budget, and financial control

• Coordination of functional, technical, business teams, and suppliers

• Identification, management, and mitigation of risks and dependencies

• Stakeholder management (business, IT, management, project committee)

• Executive reporting to management and PMO

• Ensuring compliance with SAP methodology and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SAP projects

• SAP HR TIME MANAGEMENT – Expert Level

• At least 3–5 years of experience leading SAP HR/HCM projects

• Experience in implementations, rollouts, and HCM transformations

• Experience or knowledge in integrations/migrations with SAP SuccessFactors (highly valued)

• Participation in SAP S/4HANA projects (desirable)

• Deep understanding of HR processes: PA / OM, Payroll, Time Management, end-to-end HR

• Strong experience managing teams and projects in multinational environments

• Excellent communication and engagement skills with the business
