Senior Project Manager – SaaS, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for intricate enterprise SaaS implementation projects, guiding prominent brands from the initial onboarding stage to successful growth.

• Identify and mitigate risks, synchronize stakeholders, and provide quantifiable customer value.

• Facilitate scoping sessions, technical workshops, and timeline development for new enterprise client onboarding processes.

• Oversee significant enterprise implementation projects from initiation to launch.

• Build high-trust relationships with key client stakeholders while mentoring junior project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English: You will handle intricate enterprise client discussions in German and collaborate with our globally distributed team in English.

• Over 5 Years of SaaS Implementation Experience: You have a demonstrated history of managing and executing complex, technical enterprise SaaS project lifecycles from onboarding through expansion, preferably in retail, publishing, or marketing technology.

• Technical and Commercial Insight: You are well-versed in project management tools (Agile, Asana, Jira) and have a robust understanding of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations to effectively define technical client needs.

• AI-Driven Execution: You must have a solid track record of working in an AI-first manner, utilizing generative AI tools to hyper-personalize communications, automate documentation, summarize meeting outcomes, and enhance your delivery speed.
