Senior Project Manager, Retail and Training Advocacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Global teams to shape upstream content briefs by incorporating APAC market insights.

• Coordinate the complete localisation process and delivery schedules for all New Product Introduction (NPI) training materials.

• Act as the main point of contact for transcreation agencies, local reviewers, and field teams.

• Identify training gaps specific to the market and spearhead the development of tailored, region-specific campaigns.

• Partner with local teams to create and adapt assets aimed at fostering 'brand love' among retail personnel.

• Collaborate closely with Channel Sales & Activation (CSA), Retail Sales, and both Local and Global Training teams to ensure alignment of training objectives with broader business aims.

• Supervise the vendor responsible for the upload and distribution of content across various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and internal advocacy platforms.

• Oversee localisation budgets and track asset usage rates to evaluate the efficiency and ROI of the regional training supply chain.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education.

• Over 9 years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management.

• Demonstrated history of managing complex projects with stringent deadlines, particularly related to NPI or product launches.

• Experience in managing localisation workflows and collaborating with external vendors.

• Prior experience in the Consumer Electronics or Tech sector.

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.

• Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural subtleties across APAC.

• Highly organised with robust project management skills and advanced proficiency in methodologies and tools like Smartsheet.

• Ability to systematically maintain trackers and handle complex spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and the skill to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships.

• Adaptability and effectiveness in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Strong capability or experience in integrating AI tools into project workflows, with a preference for Google AI tools.

• High energy and a proactive, "go-getter" attitude centred on teamwork and project achievements.

• Outstanding verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
