Senior Project Manager, Renewable Project Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of client engagements from comprehensive project development services to sell-side portfolio transaction assistance, reporting directly to the Program Manager of Development.

• Oversee technical and development due diligence for solar PV and energy storage projects ranging from commercial & industrial (C&I) to utility-scale across prominent US markets.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders throughout the development process to achieve engagement goals within set timelines and budgets.

• Create tailored scopes of work for proposals for clients and subcontractors/vendors, including budgeting and scheduling.

• Contribute to the creation of innovative products and tools that support renewable energy developers and investors on Euclid's platform.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to establish best practices for Development and project-specific functions, including tracking engagement status, P&L management, and resource planning.

• Assist in standardizing project development practices across the industry, enhancing the quality standards for solar and storage project construction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in renewable energy project development, from site control to Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Proven ability to manage multiple C&I and/or utility-scale PV, PV+storage, or standalone storage projects concurrently.

• In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle and the key value drivers within project financial models.

• Experience in managing or acting as a key stakeholder in project sales, tax equity, or debt transactions.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting critical agreements: interconnection agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), site leases, EPC contracts, and membership interest/asset purchase agreements.

• Direct experience in managing third-party vendors and subcontractors.
