Senior Project Manager – Quantitative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee various market research initiatives from the acceptance of proposals through to final invoicing, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and adherence to project scope.

• Act as the main point of contact—clarifying goals, managing expectations, and offering proactive suggestions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and maintain project momentum while highlighting opportunities to enhance client collaborations.

• Collaborate with Sales and Research teams to develop persuasive proposals, pricing strategies, and feasibility analyses that pave the way for successful projects.

• Supervise survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting to guarantee smooth execution and high-quality results.

• Apply best practices to safeguard data integrity and elevate the standards of accuracy, reporting quality, and client satisfaction.

• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and financial management.

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution across various time zones and functions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research project management within a client-facing capacity; prior experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in professional English, both verbal and written.

• An effective and confident communicator capable of translating needs into actionable plans and presenting recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• A strong relationship builder focused on outcomes, responsiveness, and creating long-term value.

• Familiarity with market research tools, methodologies, and project management platforms (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel, etc.).

• Highly organized with robust analytical abilities; capable of managing multiple complex projects at once.

• Resourceful and data-oriented; adept at navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows, improve response quality, and accelerate processes without compromising data integrity or customer experience.
