Senior Project Manager, Qualitative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee various global market research initiatives from the acceptance of proposals to the final invoicing stage, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client expectations.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, comprehending their requirements, managing their expectations, and offering strategic insights throughout the project lifecycle.

• Recognize potential risks and challenges, proactively tackling issues to keep projects on track while uncovering growth opportunities for our organization.

• Collaborate closely with sales and research teams to create competitive and persuasive research proposals, pricing structures, and assessments of project feasibility.

• Apply best practices and quality control protocols to uphold high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction.

• Supervise all facets of project execution, encompassing survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and handle invoicing to guarantee precise and prompt financial processing.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to secure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in qualitative market research project management, particularly in a client-facing capacity.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional talent for building and nurturing client relationships with a strong emphasis on delivering value and achieving results.

• Strong proficiency in market research tools, methodologies, and project management software (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS applications, etc.).

• Highly organized with robust analytical skills, able to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously.

• Skilled at identifying challenges and formulating innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Capable of performing under pressure in a dynamic environment, ensuring projects align with both company and client objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
