Senior Project Manager, Provider Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the organization by implementing suitable actions, strategies, and/or alternatives to fulfill business requirements typically associated with a key Aetna Medicaid practice.

• Oversee numerous projects and their work streams, as well as the most intricate projects, guiding them through to successful implementation.

• Lead initiatives and workgroups to enhance processes, systems, functions, and/or products.

• Collaborate across functions to deliver: Provider Engagement implementations, production issue resolution and support, as well as functional expertise workgroups.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle of Medicaid Provider Engagement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a blend of Project Management and Provider engagement.

• 3-5 years of experience related to standards, measurements, technology, systems, and processes, including project consultation.

• Exceptional analytical and technical abilities.

• Proven track record of managing multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently.

• Familiarity with databases along with the interpretation and manipulation of relevant data.
