This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and execute multiple enterprise implementation projects concurrently within the Integration, Analytics, Managed Services, or Syncrofy divisions.
• Take charge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, issue resolution, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Act as the main liaison for customer executives, business stakeholders, and technical leaders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, steering committee sessions, executive status updates, and client governance meetings.
• Prepare and format key project deliverables, which include detailed project plans, status updates, project charters, and meeting notes.
• Develop and sustain visual project documentation, such as Gantt charts and process workflows, to monitor milestones and dependencies.
• Organize and manage document versions, ensuring the latest updates are securely stored and accessible in the team’s central repository.
• Compile and preserve project closure documentation, capturing essential lessons learned and final deliverables for future reference.
• Handle and resolve intricate, high-priority project escalations by analyzing root causes, involving cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing rapid mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
• Actively monitor project risks to identify potential obstacles and initiate early intervention protocols before critical impacts arise.
• Assess incoming operational, technical, or resource escalations based on severity, urgency, and their downstream effect on milestones.
• Assemble cross-functional teams, executives, and external vendors to facilitate quick, collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• Draft and communicate clear updates on incident status, root-cause analyses, and action plans to key leaders and affected clients.
• Authorize and implement immediate workarounds or permanent structural changes to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence.
• Log all escalation lifecycles in tracking systems to establish a knowledge base and enhance future standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and direct internal and client delivery teams composed of both technical and non-technical resources.
• Control project scope while ensuring successful delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Identify delivery risks early and formulate mitigation plans before they affect project outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple third-party vendors and client technical resources.
• Promote continuous improvement across project management processes, documentation, governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project financials, including budget, utilization, project profitability, change requests, and forecasting.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise Project or Program Management within a professional services, consulting, or client-facing enterprise environment.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and governing the complete lifecycle of formal project management artifacts, ensuring smooth transitions from project initiation to operational handover.
• Advanced proficiency in managing dynamic project governance artifacts, including multi-variable Risk Registers, RAID logs, Change Management Logs, and critical path Gantt charts.
• Proven track record leading enterprise implementations for external customers with project values exceeding $1M.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Strong skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working directly with Fortune 500 clients.
• Solid background in vendor contract management, third-party risk, budget forecasting, and commercial profitability (P&L accountability).
• Demonstrated success in leading globally distributed delivery teams.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain composure under intense client scrutiny.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate with architects, developers, and executive leadership.
• Basic understanding of modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML lifecycles (MLOps), and integration architectures.
