Senior Project Manager – Non-Interventional Studies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Lead a diverse project team to ensure quality and precision in clinical trials.

• Work in partnership with functional area leaders to pinpoint issues and implement effective solutions.

• Act as the main liaison between sponsors and the organization at the project level.

• Oversee the overall delivery of projects with a focus on timelines, budget, and quality.

• Manage projects of increasing complexity while maintaining financial responsibility.

• Ensure the project team adheres to organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, as well as regulatory and project-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualifications.

• Demonstrated experience in Global Trial Project Management, particularly in Non-Interventional Trial Management.

• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, clinical development guidelines, directives, and regulatory standards.

• Proficient understanding of essential principles of cross-functional project management (Time, Quality, Cost).

• Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Technical proficiency, including effective use of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong financial literacy with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Capacity to coach, mentor, and lead global and/or cross-functional teams with cultural sensitivity.
