Senior Project Manager, Product & Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert business concepts into concise product requirements and user stories.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and product designs utilizing Figma.

• Establish feature scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

• Work closely with founders, clients, designers, and engineers.

• Decompose product initiatives into manageable development tasks.

• Assess timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate product discovery and requirements gathering sessions.

• Oversee backlog management and sprint planning activities.

• Assist clients in validating ideas and defining MVP roadmaps.

• Evaluate product impact and suggest prioritization based on business value and effort.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles.

• Proficient in UI/UX design with practical experience in Figma.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with software engineering teams.

• Strong grasp of web and mobile product development processes.

• Capability to articulate clear and comprehensive product requirements.

• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and make well-informed decisions in ambiguous contexts.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
