
Senior Project Manager, Pharma Agency – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with all agency teams to create effective project and staffing plans, anticipate upcoming work, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Serve as the liaison and communication hub among all agency team members and agency partners involved in an assigned account or project.
• Ensure accurate forecasting for all projects associated with assigned account(s).
• Oversee the effective and efficient workflow of all projects on designated accounts.
• Develop timelines and provide estimates; manage projects to stay on schedule and within budget; identify timing and budget issues early to make necessary adjustments.
• Partner with the Creative Services Manager to effectively manage and plan creative resources.
• Collaborate with Business Leadership partners to create and oversee estimates and budgets.
• Maintain open and constructive communication with all departments, offering continuous status updates.
• Take ownership of and uphold agency processes by delivering meaningful feedback to all teams.
• Analyze and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency, including recommendations for systems and/or software.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with agency teams through effective communication.
• Provide valuable performance feedback for colleagues across all departments.
• Uphold a high level of attention to detail.
• Proactively seek additional opportunities to broaden experience and develop expertise.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is REQUIRED.
• A minimum of 5 years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management is required.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite software is required.
