Senior Project Manager, Pharma Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with all agency teams to create effective project and staffing strategies.

• Anticipate upcoming work and distribute resources accordingly.

• Serve as the communication hub between agency team members and partners.

• Ensure accurate forecasting for all projects related to assigned accounts.

• Oversee the efficient workflow of all projects for designated accounts.

• Develop timelines and manage projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget.

• Partner with the Creative Services Manager to oversee creative resources.

• Maintain open communication with all departments by providing regular status updates.

• Analyze processes and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Proficiency with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is **REQUIRED**.

• A minimum of 5 years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is **(REQUIRED)**.

• Experience in timeline development and budget management is essential.

• Candidates must be self-driven, professional, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor is necessary.

• Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite software is required.
