This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, strategize, and implement cross-functional initiatives in business, technology, and process enhancement from start to finish.
• Create and sustain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, charters, scopes, management strategies, statements of work, cost projections, and schedules.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, deliverables, obstacles, and escalations effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and foster communication and collaboration among teams.
• Align project goals with organizational objectives in collaboration with business leaders, technology teams, and process owners.
• Facilitate discussions at the executive level and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level project managers.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for business process optimization, operational enhancements, and automation.
• Establish project governance frameworks and lead change management initiatives.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource distribution.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and business impact.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint/Teams, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience leading business, technology, and/or process improvement initiatives.
• PMI PMP® certification is required.
• Part-time contract role lasting 12–16 weeks.
• Remote work option available.
