Senior Project Manager, Oracle Cloud EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from start to finish, following our established project management principles and practices.

• Create and implement project plans, define staffing needs, and make adjustments as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, while driving team completion.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to ensure the success of projects.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all involved parties, offering updates on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments.

• Ensure that project deliverables align with the required quality standards and meet client expectations.

• Manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

• Assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and manage resources effectively.

• Promote collaboration and communication among team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area.

• An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication skills.

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience in managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects.

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to provide direction and support for successful project execution.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software, including Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
