Senior Project Manager – Operations, Project Planning, Risk & Change Management

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee global operations projects across various functions.

• Foster process enhancements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions.

• Create and uphold project plans that encompass scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

• Ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies, standards, and governance protocols throughout projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective execution and resolution of issues.

• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies actively.

• Escalate issues via governance channels as necessary.

• Provide timely updates on project status, including milestones, risks, and overall delivery health.

• Plan, execute, and implement projects to meet business objectives on schedule, within budget, and within scope.

• Guarantee consistent, reliable, transparent, and efficient project execution along with optimal resource utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification in project management and Danaher Business System (DBS), including visual project management, problem-solving, or daily management.

• At least five years of experience in project management, acting as a project manager.

• Knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies and tools.

• Expertise in leading process improvements, operational changes, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.

• Experience in applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Ability to influence, inspire, foster collaboration, and evaluate performance among project team members.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Capability to effectively engage with various organizational levels.
