Senior Project Manager, Offline Retail Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire program management process: Coordinate the complete lifecycle of retail initiatives—from resource allocation and risk assessment to final execution—across 1P (Brand Stores) and 3P (Partner Retailers).

• Asset localization and delivery: Take charge of modifying and delivering global launch toolkits (demos, artwork, copy) for physical retail spaces, ensuring 100% precision for local markets.

• Partner asset management: Create and maintain regional retail playbooks, manage asset sharing through the Partner Marketing Hub. Conduct partner onboarding programs to assist partners in adapting and executing launch assets.

• Fixture and demo delivery: Oversee the creation of regional shop-in-shop (SIS) programs, custom fixtures, and enhanced demos. Collaborate with global and regional creative teams and fabrication vendors to manage quality, prototyping, and installation costs.

• Retail activation: Direct the production logistics for experiential pop-ups and retail events. Manage agency partners from the initial concept stage through fabrication to the final teardown.

• Merchandise production: Lead the logistics for swag production, overseeing agency partners from concept through to production and market delivery.

• AI tool integration and process enhancement: Develop and refine processes and creative workflows that incorporate new AI tools, aiding internal teams and external partners in adopting modern, automated working methods.

• Process enhancement: Continuously improve the workflow for launch assets. Implement tools and systems (Smartsheet) to foster collaboration and minimize administrative burdens.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, merchandising, and/or omnichannel marketing and creative production is highly preferred.

• Extensive technical expertise in print production and fabrication is strongly desired.

• Excellent program management skills are essential, along with strong organization and superior stakeholder management capabilities.

• Attention to detail is a must.

• Proficient in project management methodologies (Smartsheet) and tools.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic and uncertain environment.

• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and technology-focused work setting is required.

• Proven experience or a strong willingness to integrate AI tools into project workflows.

• Familiarity with Google AI tools is highly advantageous.

• A high-energy, proactive attitude combined with flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to project success is essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written English communication and presentation skills are required.
