📋 Description

• **Strategic Project Architecture:** Transform high-level strategic growth directives from leadership into structured, adaptable project frameworks that yield clear business results.

• **Discovery & Validation Management:** Facilitate and expedite cross-functional cycles for exploring, testing, and confirming new services and market hypotheses.

• **Product Transformation Rhythm:** Steer the execution roadmap for product modifications, ensuring alignment among research, product development, and client feedback loops.

• **Agile Roadmap Ownership:** Create and sustain flexible, milestone-driven roadmaps; identify dependencies and adjust project tracks dynamically based on evolving data and priorities.

• **Cross-Functional Orchestration:** Unify senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Operations) around common objectives, promoting accountability and smooth information exchange.

• **Governance & Visibility:** Implement high-level project visibility through dashboards, steering cadences, and succinct executive summaries for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• **AI & Emerging Technology Literacy (Must Have):** Comprehensive understanding of contemporary AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-driven product experiences. The ideal candidate should be adept at coordinating projects related to AI-driven operational transformation, conversational systems, MCP/agent-based architectures, and rapid AI experimentation cycles.

• **Travel & Hospitality Tech Expertise (Strongly Preferred / Ideal):** Extensive knowledge of travel tech, hotel tech, OTA ecosystems, booking engines, channel managers, distribution infrastructure, or hospitality operations is highly desirable. Experience with products linked to hotel distribution, direct bookings, guest experience, or operational automation is a significant advantage.

• **Proven Experience:** Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical PM, or Program Manager within rapidly growing tech startups, scale-ups, or premier digital ecosystems.

• **Strategic Execution Mindset:** A unique combination of structured, process-driven thinking and the ability to excel in ambiguous situations. You appreciate frameworks but know how to handle rapid iteration and R&D cycles.

• **Senior Stakeholder Management:** Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and managing execution without formal line authority over senior team members.

• **Agile & Product Literacy:** Strong grasp of modern product discovery techniques, customer research cycles, and agile project management methodologies.

• **Tool & Tech Proficiency:** Advanced knowledge in scaling workspace structures using project management ecosystems (Notion, Jira, Asana, etc.).

• **Communication:** Outstanding, precise, and articulate communication skills. Ability to distill complex, dynamic project components into high-level strategic insights for executives.
