Senior Project Manager, Microsoft D365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute ERP, CRM, and BI projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and fulfillment of contract terms;

• Maintain SOX compliance throughout all project stages, providing status updates to both internal and external management;

• Oversee project financials, including budget management, accounts receivable, and profitability analysis;

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships, aligning efforts with strategic goals;

• Create comprehensive project plans, outline milestones, and optimize resource allocation to enhance profitability;

• Mentor and support project teams, promoting collaboration and professional development;

• Engage in business development activities through proposal writing and client interactions;

• Enhance communication channels between the leadership and project management teams to improve collaboration and foster a positive organizational culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical field. Specialized training or four additional years of experience can replace the need for an advanced degree;

• At least five years of continuous experience in a Project Manager role;

• Demonstrated capacity to manage large and complex projects while ensuring SOX compliance;

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in stakeholder management;

• Two years of experience specifically in ERP project management;

• Proficiency in English.
