Senior Project Manager – MENA Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects and programs to ensure execution in a systematic and controlled manner

• Coordinating project tracking, stakeholder engagement, and management

• Establishing project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities

• Determining resource requirements and managing the availability and allocation of resources

• Developing a budget based on project needs and monitoring costs to ensure delivery within budget

• Creating a comprehensive project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities

• Leading the project delivery in accordance with this plan

• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status reports to the project team and key stakeholders

• Managing and adapting to any changes in project scope, schedule, or budget

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks

• Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction

• Assessing project performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Developing and maintaining thorough project documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in a relevant project management role (involving application development, deployment, implementation, etc.)

• Proficiency and hands-on experience in managing projects utilizing technologies from the Microsoft stack (.NET/Power Platform/SharePoint, AI/ML)

• Strong skills in MS Projects, with additional proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Highly organized with excellent time-management capabilities

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience working with multicultural teams across various geographies

• Willingness to adapt based on project priorities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems

• Experience managing projects throughout their entire life cycle

• Strong analytical skills

• Proven track record of completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline

• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
