Senior Project Manager – Medical Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee every aspect of assigned projects from both project management and financial viewpoints.

• Ensure that all external and internal stakeholders are consistently informed and updated regarding project developments.

• Proactively manage timelines and serve as a central information resource for the account.

• Effectively handle project finances to meet Avalere Health's key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify and create opportunities with both existing and prospective accounts.

• Develop and reconcile budgets.

• Update project management tools and generate regular reports.

• Evaluate project management processes and address any issues that arise.

• Develop and update timelines/schedules.

• Provide financial information to both internal and external parties.

• Invoice clients and monitor project progress.

• Manage traffic and keep status sheets updated.

• Facilitate internal and client status meetings.

• Mentor team members and promote best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a Medical Communications agency.

• Strong preference for experience with both Publications and Medical Affairs accounts.
