This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Developing and implementing project plans with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives.
• Seeking highly proficient project management skills, with extensive experience in the medical affairs process; expertise in Planisware, One Pager, and MS Project is a significant advantage.
• Essential experience in post-approval, phase 4, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project activities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and outline project scope.
• Mentoring and guiding team members to cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Driving the creation of project documentation and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into project management strategies.
• Contributing to organizational growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive project management experience with a proven history of successfully leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to formulate effective project strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in efficiently managing and mentoring teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with robust organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines within a dynamic environment.
