This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of marketing and commercial projects across various functions, including campaigns, events, product launches, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Organize and manage intricate workstreams that span Marketing, Sales, and Product, taking responsibility for timelines, dependencies, risks, and the quality of delivery.
• Manage the execution of marketing projects encompassing events (owned, sponsored, and community), campaigns (ABM, brand), and product marketing efforts.
• Develop, sustain, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing roadmaps in collaboration with the SVP of Marketing.
• Serve as the operational connector between Sales and Marketing, fostering alignment, collaborative planning, and effective handoffs.
• Assist in meeting revenue targets by ensuring disciplined execution of GTM initiatives, sales enablement, and campaign implementations.
• Coordinate the end-to-end management of online and offline events, including internal preparation, sales outreach processes, and post-event follow-up.
• Transform business priorities into organized plans with defined owners, milestones, and success metrics.
• Deliver decision-ready updates, dashboards, and performance insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in operational planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking for the marketing department.
• Establish and uphold repeatable operational rhythms (cadences, reporting, briefings, and retrospectives).
• Identify obstacles, foresee risks, and proactively present solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects or programs across Marketing and Sales within a B2B context.
• Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or similarly intricate commercial organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully completing cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with supporting GTM initiatives, including campaigns, events, product launches, pricing, or packaging adjustments.
• Strong comprehension of commercial dynamics, including pipeline management, conversion stages, and sales enablement.
• Experience collaborating closely with senior leaders and managing conflicting priorities.
• Practical experience across the marketing spectrum (events, websites, campaigns, launches, enablement).

• Willingness to utilize, or eagerness to learn, GenAI tools to enhance efficiency and delivery.
