Senior Project Manager – Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive quantitative research projects, from initiation to the delivery of raw data sets (excluding analysis).

• Gain a profound understanding of client goals to craft customized research solutions.

• Clearly communicate client requirements to both internal and external teams.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout all operational stages: initiation, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery.

• Proactively monitor project advancements and provide timely updates to clients.

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage long-term retention.

• Guide clients in utilizing the Potloc Platform to improve their experience and efficiency.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes and products by proposing new features and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Market Research sector.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of sampling methodologies (e.g., CATI, CAWI).

• Experience in questionnaire design, including creation and optimization.

• Highly self-sufficient, results-oriented, and proactive.

• Excellent judgment with a history of quickly and effectively resolving challenges.

• Proficient in managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously across various phases of the customer journey.

• Capable of performing under pressure while upholding high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience collaborating with consulting and private equity firms is an advantage.
