Senior Project Manager, Global Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for global Sponsor Engagement products, including Annual Progress Reports, Christmas Cards, Child Expression Worksheets, and Printed Letter Workflow.

• Develop governance structures and uphold project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, documentation, reporting, business requirements, process maps, and delivery timelines.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and their underlying causes.

• Facilitate workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and address delivery challenges.

• Direct procurement planning, Statements of Work, Requests for Proposal, contract formulation and renewals, vendor assessment and onboarding, performance management, SLAs, governance, and resolution of issues.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure that contracts, purchasing actions, and supplier partnerships adhere to organizational policies and offer value for money.

• Create and oversee program budgets, encompassing annual planning, forecasting, financial tracking, global chargebacks, invoice management, and financial reporting.

• Ensure that spending aligns with approved budgets and organizational guidelines.

• Identify operational efficiencies, enhance governance procedures, promote cross-team collaboration, support portfolio planning, and prepare executive communications, dashboards, AI opportunities, and steering committee updates.

• Mentor project teams on best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

• Provide program leadership, manage strategic risks and dependencies, offer commercial oversight, and deliver executive-level reporting to ensure products are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet global quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Project Management, or a similar certification is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience leading large, complex global projects, programs, and production pipelines.

• Extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives across international and cross-cultural teams.

• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Experience in developing governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive communications.

• Significant experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.

• Proven track record in managing third-party vendors, supplier performance, and commercial relationships.

• Experience collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to establish and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

• Proficient in managing substantial project budgets and financial reporting.

• Experience facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and supporting executive decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change.

• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, up to 10% as needed.

• Prior experience within international NGOs or global development organizations is preferred.

• Knowledge of Sponsor Engagement, Sponsorship, or Customer Experience operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital and print product delivery and operational process enhancement is preferred.

• Experience working within matrix organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is preferred.
