Senior Project Manager, German Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the development and execution of projects among various participants and stakeholders.

• Foster partnerships and ensure that the needs and requirements of partners are met, while adhering to the OLIVER+ methodologies.

• Track the progress of project delivery within the defined scope and budget, utilizing the planned resources effectively.

• Create status reports for stakeholders and manage project progress through weekly action items.

• Implement the project management change control process for any necessary adjustments to scope, budget, timelines, or resource needs.

• Actively engage in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and planning for potential future challenges.

• Take responsibility for the project's financial profitability and diligently oversee cost management and daily time tracking.

• Ensure that final deliverables are of high quality and meet the design and production standards and expectations.

• Oversee team utilization and output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with a demonstrated history of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

• Excellent communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in leading a project from brief to completion; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are crucial.

• A sense of curiosity, creativity, and ambition.

• Process-oriented with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Openness to feedback and willingness to refine processes in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.

• Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided).
