Senior Project Manager – Generative AI Data Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manages multiple project portfolios for AI training data initiatives.

• Directs delivery and scaling efforts: including capacity planning, vendor management, and process automation.

• Guarantees consistent quality across all projects, enhances performance, and collaborates on work planning with the Senior Quality Analyst.

• Supervises a collection of programs that scale and deliver Generative AI data operations, involving capacity planning, vendor management, and process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in leading multi-project portfolios or extensive multi-workstream programs in AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or related sectors.

• Expertise in capacity planning, vendor coordination, and quality systems; experience in piloting or scaling process automation is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in business, operations, data/engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to manage portfolio planning and governance across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets, project management/task boards, and basic business intelligence tools; familiarity with SQL/ETL concepts is a plus.

• Strong judgment regarding trade-offs in scope, time, cost, and quality.

• Skilled in negotiation and escalation to address risks, issues, and changes.

• Comfortable collaborating with global, distributed teams (intermediate to advanced English proficiency).
